CybLight Website Terms of Use

General provisions

CybLight is a software platform and cloud ecosystem for IoT and smart homes. The platform provides license management services, cloud device configuration synchronization, a mobile application, and APIs for smart home automation.

By using the Site and related services, you agree to these Terms. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, and subscription orders and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• violate laws or third-party rights;
• hack, overload, or bypass CybLight service protections;
• spread spam, malware, or misleading information on behalf of the platform;
• use an account for insults, threats, or harassment of other users;
• automatically scrape or harvest data from the Site without prior authorization.

The platform administration reserves the right to restrict access to the Site or account in case of violation of these rules.

Content and copyright

Texts, design, code, and materials on cyblight.org are protected by copyright unless stated otherwise. You may view and quote them with attribution; unauthorized copying and commercial use are prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third-party resources (YouTube, GitHub, etc.). The platform does not control their content and is not responsible for the operation of external services.

Account

Registration on login.cyblight.org is voluntary. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.

You provide your own profile data, messages, and privacy settings. Do not publish anything you do not want other users to see.

Mobile app

The APK is distributed through the official App page and GitHub Releases. Installation is performed at your own discretion; ensure you download files only from verified sources.

The application uses the same CybLight account and terms of conduct as the Site.

Limitation of liability

The Site and services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of materials, or absence of software errors.

The platform is not intended for mission-critical life-support operations. Use it at your own discretion. CybLight is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or issues arising from use of the Site, application, or third-party links.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated. The current version is always available via the Terms of Use link in the footer. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
